Small and Mighty

Build Your Career and the Next Big Thing in Community Association Management

MicroHOA was founded on a simple belief: small homeowners associations deserve professional management, even when the traditional management model does not work for their size or budget.

Why MicroHOA exists

Small associations face the same increasing legal, financial, insurance, lending, and governance pressures as large communities—but with fewer owners to share the cost and fewer management options built for their needs. MicroHOA is changing that through a scalable, technology-supported model that combines efficient systems with experienced human guidance.

What the opportunity offers

For the right professionals, MicroHOA offers more than a conventional management position. It offers the opportunity to:

01

Lead and develop a region, service area, department, or specialized program.

02

Apply years of industry knowledge to improving how management is delivered.

03

Build relationships and become a recognized leader in a local market.

04

Help create systems that can serve hundreds—and ultimately thousands—of communities.

05

Develop meaningful income tied to responsibility, growth, and results.

06

Build a lasting professional accomplishment with visible impact on the company and the industry.

The work, and what it does not include

The hybrid model changes what a community association professional actually carries. Financial management, compliance, recordkeeping, and owner communication are the work. On-site duty, violation enforcement, and vendor management are not—those decisions stay with the boards we support.

No on-site duty No violation confrontations No vendor chasing No emergency callouts

That removes much of what drives experienced people out of this industry. What remains is the professional work, with systems built to do it well at scale.

Who we're looking for

We are especially interested in people who have gained substantial industry experience and are ready for a larger platform for that experience.

What they share is sound judgment, credibility, initiative, and the desire to create—not simply maintain—the next stage of their careers.

How we're building it

MicroHOA's growth is not based on recreating the traditional management company in more locations. We are building a new kind of national organization: one that combines centralized technology, systems, and operational support with strong regional knowledge, relationships, and leadership. That creates room for entrepreneurial professionals to lead without having to build every part of a company alone.

This is an opportunity to help shape a developing category, create new solutions for an overlooked segment of the market, and participate in the value that growth creates. The work will require energy, accountability, curiosity, and a willingness to challenge long-standing industry assumptions. In return, it offers something increasingly difficult to find: the chance to build, lead, earn, and look back on a genuine accomplishment.

If you have spent your career learning this industry and believe that experience could be used to build something better, we would like to know you.
